Join us under the energies of the Full Moon for a deeply immersive Full Moon Sound Ceremony - a space for deep relaxation, release, renewal and alignment with the moon’s energies.
This is more than a sound bath; it is a sacred gathering, weaving sound, deep relaxation, ritual and intention.
This is a time to pause, listen, and align with the wisdom of the Full Moon. Allow the vibrations to cleanse, ground, and prepare you for the cycle ahead.
We begin by gathering in sacred space, acknowledging the energies of the particular Full Moon and setting our personal intentions for release and manifestation.
There will be time for a quiet reflection - writing down what we wish to release or call in. These will be placed in a communal bowl, held in ceremony, and later offered to the transformative power of fire.
A Universal Greeting will open our circle, connecting us in unity, followed by a guided visualisation to connect with the moon’s energy and the wisdom it holds for you.
You will then be immersed in the deep, resonant sounds of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other sound instruments, allowing the sounds to wash over you, clearing what no longer serves and opening space for what is to come.
As the sounds settle, we will return with a closing blessing, anchoring the shifts within. There will be space for sharing, reflection, and if you feel called, a final message from an oracle card.
Additional Notes:
• A small piece of raw cacao chocolate will be offered before we begin, connecting us to the heart space.
• Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion, a blanket and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated and anything else to make yourself comfortable for the sound ceremony.
• No prior experience needed—simply come with an open heart
