As the seasons turn and the crispness of autumn arrives, we are invited to release what no longer serves us and step into deeper alignment. The days shorten, the air cools, and nature reminds us that transition can be both beautiful and necessary.
Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath just days before October’s full moon. This is a potent time to connect inward, rest, and reset. Through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, and other instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation where the body can restore, the heart can soften, and the mind can quiet.

- A cozy autumn evening of sound healing
- Gentle guidance into rest and renewal

- Space to set intentions and honor the changing season
✨ What to Bring
- A yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and an eye mask for comfort
- Slippers if you’d like (shoes will be left at the door)
- A journal for reflection (optional)
- Water to stay hydrated
✨ Schedule
- Doors open: 6:30 PM
- Session: 7:00–8:30 PM (doors close promptly at 7:00)
This session is open to all, whether it’s your first sound bath or you’re a regular participant, you’ll be held in a safe, welcoming space. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be supported through sound, stillness, and the turning of the season. 🌕🍁
