SOUND BATH YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION AT THE GREENHOUSE WITH LISA HARTHUNJoin us inside the greenhouse of Graye's Greenhouse as we welcome back, Vibrational Sound Therapist, and Energy Master, Lisa Harthun for a special immersive Sound Bath, Yoga Nidra Meditation, a gentle stretching flow, with plant therapy. Deepen your connection to nature through a restorative practice of Earthing surrounded by the beautiful energies of the plants inside the greenhouse. You may even be so inclined to snuggle up with a greenhouse cat during the session. The addition of the overhead twinkle lights, and gentle waterfall sounds from the Koi pond are sure to lend to the magic of this session.

WHAT TO BRING:
• Yoga Mat, or Meditation Chair
• Blanket
• Small Pillow
*Dress in warm comfortable layers
EVENT DETAILS: Event includes a blending of a mindful meditative exploration of the greenhouse connecting with the gentle energies of the plants, healing Pranayama (gentle yogic breathwork), a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, along with Reiki and Shamanic energy healing and releasing elements. The restorative tone resonance is a unique and immersive experience enabling expanded states of consciousness through sound and vibration supported by the use of gong, the frequencies of a variety of melodic singing bowls, bell and tingsha tones, and shamanic drum, all meant to restore balance, create an overall sense of peace, and healing. This is the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and give yourself some much needed self-care. All are welcome; Individuals, Couples, and small groups.

*Please plan to arrive a little early to get settled in (Check in 6:50p-7:00p)
*No late arrivals will be permitted once the meditation begins @ 7:05pm so as not to disturb those in attendance
*You are welcome to set up on the floor throughout the greenhouse which is a combination of brick and earthen rooted areas (please bring items for comfort).
*This is an afterhours event inside the greenhouse.
