The Holidays are a busy time of year and there is no better time to enjoy a Sound Bath, that relaxes us down to the Vagus Nerve. Sound Baths heal and relax us by 'tuning' our energy through vibrations. The vibrations carry specifc energies of love, peace, tranquility, etc, which wash over us.

Gemini is the sign of communication, domestic travel, new ideas, and more. A full moon in Gemini is a great time to release what holds our communication back, to release our fear, which allows us to step up to new challenges and new opprotunities.

Yin poses to support our wrists (ruled by Gemini) and Lung Meridian and Stomach Meridian. Lung Meridian is associated wtih Grief and a balanced Lung Meridian allows us to express our grief and move forward. The Stomach Meridian holds our fear and a balanced Meridian allows us to identify and express our fears.
