Set your intensions for the Full Moon while you relax and journey with a mixture of crystal quartz bowls & percussion instruments.
Relax sitting or lying comfortably on a thick cushioned mat, while inhaling ancient vibrational medicine known as sound therapy. Starting with a brief breathwork meditation with Miss Coexist, Cat and Miss Coexist then will pull you into a natural deep meditation for 60 blissful minutes of beautiful, cleansing music. Clearing all 7 chakras & balancing the bodies natural limbic system.
Comfortable, thick 4" inch Mat, blankets, pillows and eye masks provided but feel free to bring your own mat and pillow!
