About this Event
Bask under the luminous Hunter’s Moon and give your nervous system the exhale it’s been craving. This gentle evening gathering blends mindful breathwork, guided meditation, a tender releasing moment, and a deeply restorative sound bath to help you clear what’s heavy and honor what’s working, no matter how big or small.
Why the Hunter’s Moon?
Traditionally a time of harvest, preparation, and clarity, the Hunter’s Moon invites us to gather what we’ve cultivated, release what we no longer need, and move forward with grounded focus. Together, we’ll explore how to weave this moon’s energy into everyday life, through intention, gratitude, and simple embodiment practices.
