About this Event
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience during which participants are “bathed” in resonant sounds.
Traditional instruments like singing bowls not only bring you relaxing sounds, but also creates vibrations beneficial to physical and mental health. Our bodies are approximately 70% water, which is a good conductor and bring the sound waves all over the body, calibrating the frequency to a harmonious status. Studies have found that sound bath can help with stress, fatigue and depression symptoms.
In this sound bath, a variety of healing instruments including tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tingsha, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and even human voice will be used to create different layers of natural sounds.
Come and focus on the sound and your body, unplug from external stimuli, relax and recharge.
