The November Full Moon brings with it a powerful energy for release, manifestation, and healing. This Full Moon Sound Bath, combined with the heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, offers a sacred space for deep transformation. Our ancestors used the full moon as a time to release what no longer served them, harnessing its power to manifest their dreams and desires. Now, you have the opportunity to do the same.
Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that has been used for centuries to open the heart, deepen connection, and expand consciousness. As we sip this rich, ceremonial-grade cacao, we’ll invite healing into our hearts and align with the energy of the full moon. The sound bath will then guide us in releasing emotional, energetic, and mental blockages, allowing us to create space for new intentions to take root. This evening will be a powerful fusion of ancient rituals and modern healing practices designed to help you let go, heal, and step into your highest potential.

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and listen to the sounds produced by various healing instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, bells, gongs, rain stick among other options that allows you to enter into a state of deep relaxation.
The vibrations produced help reset the nervous system, helping you release stress, feel relaxed, calm and restored.
What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow will be provided for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
