This will be hosted at Wrightsville Beach Access 4. The full moon is a time of heightened energy and intensity, a moment to let go of what no longer serves you and to embrace new beginnings. With the full moon we can begin to release what’s no longer working for us. It’s a great time to reflect on what you’ve built during the waxing phase while shedding anything that doesn’t feel right. Let’s utilize this time to let go of what is no longer serving us. This will allow space for our new intentions to manifest.
Let the vibrations of the singing bowls wash away any stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Please arrive early to settle in and get comfortable.
What to Bring:
Dress in comfortable clothing.
Bring a yoga mat, chair, cushion,blankets or pillows. Anything to allow you to be comfortable.
