The full moon is a symbolic time of completion and abundance. Using a healing sound meditation as a gateway to deep meditation to promote clarity of thoughts

During the workshop we will:
- Meditate and reflect on your past, present and future
- Reflect on your innermost desires and manifestations
- Let go of old or stuck emotions, habits or thoughts
Workshop is led by Ellen, CYT 200 and sound bowl artist. Ellen's focus is on holistic wellness - physical, mental and emotional.
About The Movement Loft: The lofted boutique studio is home to dance, yoga, meditation classes and wellness events. With the mission to build community around movement, The Movement Loft is a unique experiential-based wellness studio.
