Join Jennifer Butler, Yoga Therapist & Holistc Health Coach, for a Full Moon Sound Bath & Guided Meditation on the beach with the sound of the ocean in the background, that will connect your heart to the transformative energy of the full moon.

The full moon for December is called the Pink Moon. It's named after the pink wildflowers that bloom in early spring. The April full moon takes place in Libra, a sign ruled by Venus. Libra's influence can bring a desire for beauty, partnership, and equilibrium. The April Pink Full Moon encourages us:

• Renewal: A time to let go of old habits and embrace new beginnings
• Self-discovery: A time to explore and discover who you are
• Balance: A time to focus on balance in your life, relationships, and harmony
• Love: A time to practice self-love and mend relationships
  

What to Expect:

Jennifer will guide you through an intentional meditation and journaling session to allow you to connect to what you want to manifest and need to or want to release. Then it's time to get cozy as Jennifer guides you through guided breath-work and a mind-body scan before drifting off to the healing sounds of the Koshi chimes, bells, steele tongue drum and crystal singing bowls, along with the sounds of the ocean waves in the background.

Come let go of all that no longer serves you and manifest the best life ever. This will be a very heart opening & healing experience. In this hour, we will collectively melt away the patterns that are blocking you from your true power, purpose & potential. The path forward to manifesting peace & abundance will be illuminated. As you lay down, the frequency of your body, mind & spirit will transform, allowing space for you to access your intuition & intentions. Step into true nervous system regulation, somatic reconnection & a renewed sense of being alive. First time participant will receive a full moon journal gift.

What to bring:

• wear or bring layers of clothes (it can get chilly as the sunsets)
• bring blankets, pillows, bolsters (anything that will help you feel comfortable laying on the earth)
• eye pillow or mask
• water
• please arrive 15-30 mins early to find parking, for check-in and to get set-up/cozy
• recommend riding your bike or golf cart if you are a local
