Tune into the seasonal and October's Super Moon and let yourself dream. Join us for a deeply relaxing and healing session as we come together in heart-opening ceremony to drink Cacao - the purest form of chocolate and Master Plant Medicine.
Setting the intention to release any and all fears and blocks that are holding you back, now is the time to focus on what you want to create in your life.
Magnify the power of your focus as we work together to clarify and strengthen the power of your intention in a small group with like-minded folk. Tune into your heart and connect more deeply with your inner wisdom and intuition.
Followed by a soothing sound bath, this session promises to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Let the gongs realign and energise your vision for the season ahead.

If you are new to Cacao, it is a beautiful, heart-opening and healing Plant Medicine that helps to connect more deeply with ourselves and with others.Bring something to sit or lie on, a blanket, thick socks, water, eye pillow and anything else that will enhance your warmth and comfort for your sound bath.
Enjoy a sweet spicy tea and treat afterwards as you gently come back down to earth afterwards.
Gong baths are not suitable for anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), is extremely sensitive to sound or had major surgery within 6 weeks. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.
