Kundalini Reiki is a high frequency energy that rest in your root chakra. As this life force energy is activated, the intention is for it to be used with love for the greater good of all. Reiki can also be sent remotely or through hands above the body. Reiki energy is an intelligent life force energy that will go where healing is needed. This healing modality has been clinically shown to relieve pain, decrease stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression. A sound bath meditation, is a sound journey that will help your body relax, clear the subconscious and promote healing in the body. There will be a brillant symphonic gong, crystal singing bowls, drum, wind chimes, ocean drum, rattles and rainstick. The sound vibrations and frequencies help unlock blocks in your body. Cindy Garcia, founder of The Brave Frequency, is an intuitive Reiki Master and Sound Healer. She is a first generation Mexican-American breaking generational cycles. She is passionate about bringing healing to the family lineage by working with children, parents, and women. As a child she went thru childhood grief and knows how important the mental health of the entire family is! She loves empowering others to step into their full potential through a journey of self-love. She believes that gathering in community is vital to our growth and evolution. She loves to share her gifts of Reiki and sound healing.

Giselle Zavalza is a Kundalini & Usui Reiki Master and Psychic Medium. After losing her mother five years ago, her mediumship abilities have heightened. She has dedicated herself the last three years to help others through their journey of grief. She is passionate about using the combination of mediumship and the healing energy of Reiki to guide others through their journey of trauma and grief. She loves to empower others to let go of what no longer serves them, to make space for the things that do serve their highest good and make them feel more peaceful.
