Join YANA Collective for our monthly Full Moon Series Every Full Moon, YANA hosts a Self Love Cacao Ceremony, sound bath, and meditation that will be led by YANA Wellness Advisors, and ! Christina will guide us through a mindfulness practice, followed by gentle restorative yoga. Emma will lead the Sound Bath with a Gong, reiki-charged crystal bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum.
