Unwind in our studio under the enchanting glow of the full moon with a harmonic Sound Bath. Relax in our reclining zero gravity chairs and let the soothing sounds and healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and various instruments wash away your stress, align your chakras and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Embrace the magic of this celestial event and emerge feeling refreshed and renewed.The session will begin with a Palo Santo energy cleanse.
Next- you will journey in to deep relaxation with a guided meditation focusing on intentional breathing to release stress, tension and anxiety before enjoying the harmonious healing frequencies and vibrations of the sound bath.
The session will close with a full moon fire release ritual (weather permitting), where you will set intentions, manifest your desires and release what no longer serves you during this magical healing event.
Dark chocolate and bottled water will be provided after the session and each guest will choose and go home with a personal positive affirmation card.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before session begins. Bring any items for comfort, such as blanket or eye pillow.
You are welcome to bring any crystals for cleansing/charging.
