About this Event
Join us for a deeply restorative Full Moon Sound Bath held on the eve of the February full moon — a potent time for release, reflection, and nervous-system reset.
As the moon reaches fullness overnight, this gathering offers space to slow down, soften, and integrate the energy of the month through sound.
This experience is not about pushing forward or setting lofty goals.
It’s about letting go and allowing the nervous system to recalibrate.
✨ About the Experience
This immersive sound journey is designed to support deep rest and emotional clearing. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body can relax and the mind can quiet.
The full moon often brings themes to the surface — not to overwhelm, but to be felt and released. Sound provides a grounding container for this process, helping tension soften and energy move through the body with ease.
No prior experience is needed. You are invited to simply lie down, get comfortable, and receive.
🧘♀️ What to Bring
Please bring anything you need to be comfortable lying on the floor:
- Yoga mat or padded mat
- Blanket(s) — more than one is encouraged
- Pillow or bolster
- Eye mask (optional)
- Socks or slippers
- Water
Wear warm, comfortable layers. Most guests choose to lie down for the duration of the session.
The hall is an older, large space and can feel cool, especially in colder weather. For maximum comfort, thicker or padded mats (such as camping mats) are recommended over standard yoga mats.
Doors open at 6:30 PM
The session begins promptly at 7:00 PM
This is a private, closed-door event. To maintain a calm and uninterrupted container, doors will lock a few minutes after the start time. Please arrive early to settle in comfortably.
Free limited parking is available onsite. City parking lots are nearby if church parking is full.
👥 Who This Is For
This experience is open to all — beginners and regular attendees alike. It’s especially supportive if you’re feeling:
- emotionally full or overstimulated
- in need of grounding
- ready to release what no longer serves
- drawn to rest and quiet community
Space is limited. Advance registration is recommended.
