Join Joleen for this all-levels Slow Flow Hatha yoga practice dedicated to the Full Moon! The Full Moon is a time to release and let go of things not serving you; this yoga practice is followed by a guided meditation intended to help you use the full moon energy to in serving your personal intention.
Feel free to bring your own mat or use one provided by the store.
