This sacred journey weaves together ancient shamanic practices, sound healing instruments, and intentional energy work to help you let go of what no longer serves and call in clarity, balance, and renewal for the month ahead. As the vibrations move through the body, they gently guide the nervous system into a state of deep relaxation, healing, and remembrance.

Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a safe, nurturing space where sound becomes medicine and the Full Moon becomes your guide.

A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
