Ease into a relaxing sensory experience with Stephanie Stelly and Caroline Chiesa. We welcome you to your mats, where the scents of incense and sage will surround you. Stephanie will begin the evening by centering and grounding us all with the sound of Om.Caroline will then guide us through a breathwork practice. Stephanie will lead you into a relaxing, supported Savasana, offering healing consensual touch, including Thai leg pulls, shoulder grounding, and sub-occipital release for your skull.
Meanwhile, Caroline will facilitate deep relaxation and stillness through sound healing with crystal bowls, harps, and more.
At the end of the class, aromatherapy will be offered, featuring relaxing rose water and essential oils to bring sweetness back into your life after the incense and sage have warded off heavy energies.
Please inform the instructors of any injuries, and Stephanie will seek permission and feedback while offering assisted touch.
About the full moon: Humans are cyclical creatures, moving through cycles with the moon every month. Energies can feel intense or even erratic around the date of the full moon. It is in our best interest to go within and tune into our own frequencies to best express gratitude for what we already have and release anything that no longer serves us.
The law of attraction states that positive or negative thoughts and actions will lead to positive or negative experiences in a person’s life. Tune in with your true nature and relax in comfort at the Mandir monthly.
What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. This is an opportunity for deep healing and relaxation...all that you need is an open heart and an open mind.
During this hour long session, you will lay down in a comfortable position and meditate to the ethereal sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, harps, and voice. Quartz crystal bowls' unique frequencies have a direct impact on the nervous system, encouraging it to shift into a state of calm and balance.
The gentle yet powerful waves of sound synchronize with your brainwaves, promoting the release of tension and restoring the body's natural rhythm.
