It's the best of both modalities - breathing the salt and taking in the healing frequencies through Sound. The Full Moon timing opens your energetic pathways which can help you to drop into deep healing states.
Feel into these deep healing states by activating brainwave balancing and parasympathetic relaxation response. Some people explain these sensations similar to a great nap, or awareness of past life visions, early childhood memories, energetic visions, and more.
Halotherapy consists of breathing salty air that is pumped into the room. Lay on a layer of salt while surrounded by himalayan salt stones and bricks. Bebe will lead a guided meditation and crystal bowl sound bath including chimes and rain + ocean sounds. Gongs will not be used during this sound healing session.
The style of Sound Bath you can expect is appropriate for people who experience states of anxiety and are looking for calm atmospheres to help with stress relief and trauma informed care. Integrate after this event with mellow plans, nurturing food and healthy relationships. It's recommended to skip excessive alcohol and sugar consumption after this event to heighten your body's detox response. Drink lots of water and get ready for a great night of sleep.
Please bring yoga mats and extra blankets if you want to be on the ground. Due to the salty environment the room is held at a temperature close to 70 degrees. It is strongly recommded to dress warmly and bring an extra pillow or bolster for under your knees if you suffer from low back sensitivity. Extra props help to make this an unforgettable experience so feel free to bring your cozies.
