YOGA NIDRA & SOUND HEALING + 2026 INTENTIONS REINFORCEMENT RITUAL“I manifest my dreams with determination, while staying soft within”
The moon cycles in February are here to ignite our fire with hope, vision and progress. We reconnect to the hopeful, creative, manifesting energy we made arise in December, fully diving into our wants and needs for 2026. New beginnings. Remember all the new years resolutions? It’s time to reinforce them. This full moon in Leo reminds us that true strength isn’t found in a fleeting spotlight but in the quiet, disciplined pursuit of what really matters. There’s an invitation here to build inner authority, to trust the slow work of self-honoring and to redefine courage. Not as something flashy, but as something deeply felt and unwavering. So we deeply listen within, create space for our mind and emotional body to truly take up space and take aligned action – big or small, that does not matter. And to do so, we create space in our practice.
This class has been created to do so in yoga nidra – to cultivate MANIFESTATION AND CREATION. This session will start with the perfect combination of restorative yoga poses to fully land in the space, followed by a yummy yoga nidra session with a heavy focus relaxation and manifestation – to create space. Mellow tunes, sound healing and head tuning fork massages at the end of the session will be added to facilitate energy flow – to leave rooted back in your confidence, with a cleared system and inner trust.

Yoga Nidra for MANIFESTATION + CREATING SPACE WITHIN
Sound Healing gaps (singing bowls, kochi, gong and/or hangdrum)
Tuning Fork Massages at the end of the session (head only)
Water bowl & Sage writing ritual for letting go and accelerated manifestation (intention reinforcement) – PLEASE BRING A PEN TO CLASS
