We celebrate the energy of the April full moon following Earth Day to honor the medicinal gifts of Mother Earth specifically the cannabis plant. For decades there has been a stigma attached to the use of this plant: guilt, hiding and shame. Now, with its legalization in CA and recognition for medical use, the stigma is being released. We acknowledge the magickal gifts of this flower and its ability to connect us to that which is unseen. The “Green Goddess” helps us realize the vastness of the inner and outer worlds and our connection to energies all around us. She can lighten our hearts, open our perspectives, and help us connect to our bodies. Cannabis, much like the moon, is a potent and magical catalyst for spiritual experiences, it is a psychic magnifier and an emotional amplifier, too. Come willing to meet yourself wherever you are with love, and know that you will be held in the grace and intention of ceremonial space.If you have partaken in this herb in the past or present let us celebrate this plant together. Bring your medicine to ritual in whatever way you prefer. If you have never partaken, you may attend ritual as a space holder and be in contact with her vibrationally.
High Priestess Dev leads the ritual in the Wiccan tradition. Dev will first cleanse, ground, center and raise the groups energy, cast the sacred circle, call in the elements/directions and create sacred space. At this ritual we celebrate the Earth’s medicinal offerings of the cannabis plant. We will honor her as a sacrament, share stories, laugh, cry, and move our bodies in ways she inspires us to do.
Circle concludes with “cakes and Ale.” A vegan gluten free treat and mead are provided. A non-alcohol beverage will be available. We close ritual by releasing the directions.

Park on the street, walk down the last drivway to the 3rd townhouse. Follow the stepping stones to the back. We will be outside, so dress warmly as it gets chilly in the canyon. We will have a small propane fire.
