About this Event
This Root Chakra activating experience will immerse you in the foundations of a yogic and self-practice. You will be given tools to create or deepen a personal practice of your own. We will be fostering an interactive journey to ground us into our Root Chakra through yoga, pranayama, aromatherapy, and a sacred tea ceremony. Building a self-practice is all about internal evolution. This change of seasons brings upon us the Full Moon of Aries, the first zodiac sign of the astrological calendar. This is a time of beginnings, change, and intentional action. As we access stability within ourselves, we’ll honor this firey, trailblazing energy to step into our fearless authenticity.
Wanda & Rosie will guide you through a Yin & Yang flow to awaken our r inner and outer worlds. We will use foundational postures and ritual practices to help you understand how to merge your internal and external practice. This is for people on all different paths of their journey seeking to deepen and understand their connection to the Root Chakra, where it all begins.
Each guest will receive a High-Vibrational Tool Kit to continue their exploration of the resources shared during this workshop.
