Lisa will offer a healing restorative yoga practice with Reiki, while you will be lulled into relaxation with the music of Paul playing the flute. Paul Nelson, an artist craftsman and musician expresses his heart through his creations. For over a decade, the wood flute has been a central part of Paul Nelson’s life. This offering will be held in-studio only and is accessible for all. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
