- Please b ring a thick yoga mat & PLENTY of floor padding (cushioning/blanket)
- Small pillow for your head
- A cozy blanket
- Optional: a rolled towel or yoga bolster for under your knees
- Suggested: an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
- Wear something cozy & comfortable
- Open doors 20 minutes before session (late entry unavailable)
- Seated, chair or reclined meditation is welcome
