Join us for an empowering evening where we’ll gather as a supportive community of women to call on the energy of the full moon and release that which does not serve us.

Guided meditation to deeply ground within our bodies
Prompted journaling and sharing
Guided imagery to feel into our senses and embody the divine power of the full moon
Somatic movement and dance for healing integration
