Join Briony for this month's full moon.Beginning with rituals to help you connect back to yourself and your body. You'll then snuggle up for a sound bath, Briony will play the gongs and bowls and provide you with healing reiki energy.
After the sound bath we will wake you gently and provide you with some journal prompts to help you decide what you want to release with the full moon.
There will be the option to share in a circle if you so wish.
To finish, we will invite you to write down what you'd like to release with the full moon energy, and we will carefully burn that piece of paper.
