🌕 Under the Full Moon, we're invited to pause and notice what's been building-emotionally, mentally, physically.
On Sunday 4th January (2-4pm), I'm offering a gentle Full Moon yoga and meditation workshop designed to help you slow down, release what you no longer need to carry, and come back to yourself as the new year begins.
Through grounding movement, breathwork, and meditation, we'll create space for clarity, calm, and renewal-without pressure or expectations.
No experience needed
