On January 2, we gather under the first full moon of the year to gently let go of what is not coming with us into 2026. This circle is a supportive, somatic space where you will be guided to notice what your body is holding, release stress and old patterns, and feel more clear and steady moving into the new year. You will be held through simple breathwork, grounding movement, a guided meditation, and reflective questions, with lots of room to just be yourself.
Together, we will create a signature Full Moon essential oil blend using a carefully crafted recipe just for this circle. You’ll learn how and when to use your blend as a simple ritual at home to reconnect with your intention. Alongside the ritual, you will also learn a few easy, body based tools you can use in everyday life to manage stress, listen to your own “yes” and “no,” and start 2026 in a different way than other years. This is not about perfection. It is about feeling resourced, present, and more you.
