An evening to exhale. This Aries Full Moon, join us for a warm, restorative experience designed to help you soften, reset, and come home to yourself.
As women working in the health industry, we know how chaotic life can feel. This is your invitation to drop the weight, step out of hustle mode, and land back in your body.
Through Reiki, sound healing, ceremonial cacao, and gentle somatic enquiry, you’ll be held in a space of stillness, nourishment, and intention. We’ll reflect on the energy of the Aries full moon releasing where you’ve been playing small, and realigning with your truth, your boundaries, and your power.
