Full Moon Reiki Drum and Meditation Class. Monday 6th October 7:45 pm @ Budock Water Village Hall. The energies of a full moon are often felt more intensely the night before the event. So this is a perfect time to ground, calm the mind, connect to your higher self and surrender. After some meditation and breathwork, allow the Drum to guide you. The shamanic beat will centre you, switch brainwaves from alpha to theta and activate the parasympathetic response, deeply relaxing mind and body.
