Experience the sacred practice of Om Chanting in the serene atmosphere of the temple, illuminated by the powerful energy of the full moon. This ancient technique uses the vibrational sound of "Om" to harmonize mind, body , and soul, while the full moon inspires reflection, release, and renewal. All are wlcome - no prior experience needed.
What is Om Chanting?
Om Chanting is a group practice that harnesses the transformational power of the universal sound “Om.” Within the sacred space of the temple, particicpants chant together in harmony, creating vibrations that:

-raises our consciousness
-clears the mind from negative thoughts
-release emotional and mental blockages, harmonizes energies
-purify the mind, body, the surrounding environment, and spreads positivity to all

The full moon amplifies spiritual energy, offering a time of release, introspection, and renewal. In this sacred setting, you'll have the opportunity to:

What to Expect
• A 45-minute guided session with two rotating groups.
• Chanting the powerful sound of “Om” in harmony.
• Closing with a moment of silence and guided meditation.
No prior experience needed- just an open heart and intention to heal and grow.
