Full and New Moon Gong Bath Sound Healings with Oil Anointing
Full and new moon sound bath ceremonies can feel more powerful because the heightened energy of lunar cycles helps people release old patterns, set new intentions, and experience deeper emotional and energetic shifts. An oil anointing ceremony will take place at the beginning of this sound healing journey. Sacred Oils are powerful tools for healing and expanding consciousness. We use a range of different instruments in our meditation sound journey - Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, several different gongs and a range of other percussion instruments.
