Together, we’ll move through a shamanic-style burn ceremony (weather-permitting), symbolically letting go of what no longer serves us. You’ll receive Reiki, supporting your individual journey, while the group energy builds toward deeper release and restoration.
The retreat will close with a slow, grounding flow into restorative yoga, layered with Group Reiki and a final sound bath to integrate and seal your practice.
