Join us for a magical summer evening beneath the Strawberry Full Moon in the beautiful surroundings of Sutton Park.
As the sun begins to set and the moon rises, we'll gather together for a gentle evening of mindfulness, meditation, connection, rhythm, and a little bit of moonlit fun.
Together we'll enjoy:

🥁 Gentle drumming and percussion around the circle
🌙 Mindful activities inspired by the energy of the Strawberry Moon
