About this Event
This is a special meditation where we will work with the energy of the full moon and the fire element for passion and abundance. There will be some sound healing elements incorporated into this meditation for additional relaxation.
The universal truth, "As Within, So Without" means that the state of our world is a direct reflection of our inner state. And therefore, if we want to change our external reality, the first place to start is within.
Meditation helps clear the mind, calm the body, and lets our creativity emerge. This is a style of meditation made for the Western mind.
We will work with the breath, relaxing the body, and a gentle guided visualization. No prior experience with meditation is needed. The meditation will last about an hour, and we will have time to debrief.
