We’re hosting something really simple and grounding next week that I wanted to personally share in case it resonates.
It’s a New Moon Reset — an hour to slow down, breathe, and reset your nervous system. No pressure, no expectations, no “you have to be into wellness” energy. Just a calm space to decompress and reconnect.
We’ll have:
– light guided movement
– ceremonial cacao
– reiki energy work
– an immersive soundbath
It’s honestly designed for anyone who’s been carrying stress, feeling a little fried, or just wants to unplug for a bit — men and women welcome, beginners totally fine.
