On days when the moon is full, we have a chance to harness its energy and ride on its force to propell us forward in our life experience.
A full moon means the moon's Earth-facing side appears completely illuminated by the Sun, occurring when the Earth is positioned exactly between the Sun and the Moon, creating a line-up known as syzygy. This symbolizes wholeness through the alignment of complementary forces (male & female, conscious & unconscious, light & dark) within ourselves, rooted in the Greek idea of being "yoked together" for great connection, balance, and unity.
This is an experiential workshop through light, sound and vibration that allows you to ride on that energy in order to move you forward. Sound is energy and with focused attention, sound can help you actively clear and heal your body and mind, and bring out new energy and awakening from within.
