Full Moon Meditation & Gong Bath

Practice a special Full Moon Meditation from Kundalini Yoga aligned with the astrology of the moment. Stretch and unwind with gentle yoga exercises and enjoy an extended relaxation surrounded by the sound of three gongs. The 21” Infinity Gongland Gong, 32” Vintage Paiste Gong and Symphonic 36” Brilliant Paiste Gong set in the center of Starhouse’s sacred geometry to create a soundscape of healing and rejuvenation.

No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or under 7 year olds. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.

All ticket sales are final with no refunds or transfers through Eventbrite or Pavanjeet. Should you not be able to attend this event for any reason, you may choose to sell your ticket to someone else. If you do sell your ticket, make sure the new ticket holder has written consent or proof of transfer (the emailed invoice) on their person for entry or have them email the proof of transfer to [email protected] prior to the event. There are no transfers to future dates.
