Sipping on Mama Cacao's sweet nectar as she opens the heart and roots you into the Divine Mother Earth while we sing her soulful songs setting our intentions. Flowing through a slow and luscious moon themed yoga flow. Taking time to journal and process what arises. Closing with a soothing savasana supported by the vibrational frequencies of sound and reiki. Sharing in a supportive spiritual community, held by kindred Spirits in the physical and unseen realms.Please bring your own mug for sipping cacao, a journal, and any special items you'd like to add to our altar space.
