? Join us for our monthly magical Full Moon evening of healing by the ocean.
▸6:45pm: Check in & Settle In.
We have marked spots for comfortable spacing.
~ Receive a ~free handwoven intention bracelet~ & settle in to enjoy some extra free time by the ocean.
▸7:00pm: Class begins!
? Experience a magical Full Moonrise over the oceanside, #Kundalini Kriyas ( movements & breathwork ), Sound Healing Meditation & Chanting (class is 90 minutes)
Optional: Stay afterwards.

Large beach towel or blanket for coverage over sand.
A yoga mat can be placed beneath a blanket for more stability, but it is not required.
*A wrap or layers to cover up. It can be chilly after the sun goes down in winter months.
Bring water/drink, and optional to stay after class and byo picnic

*Easy, directly across from the beach there is ample street parking with meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St, and surrounding streets.
*Paid valet parking available at hotels.
*Free parking a few blocks west in Central Beach area near Bayshore Dr
*Free parking near the Galleria Mall area and is a lovely 12/15 minute walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge
