We begin with a sacred cacao ceremony to soften the mind and open the heart — setting the vibration for deep connection to inner love and joy. 💫
Then, we flow through heart-opening breathwork and a gentle Kundalini-inspired movement, followed by a sacred Goddess Tara mantra to invite healing, wisdom, and compassion. 🌸
Finally, surrender into a soothing sound bath — a space to rest, integrate, and align to the rhythm of your heart. 🎶
