Step into the new year under the light of the full moon—a time for release, reflection, and radiant renewal.We’ll begin by arriving fully into the body with a few collective grounding breaths, creating a sacred container for our morning together. From there, we’ll move into guided journaling and reflection to honor the year past and set heartfelt intentions for what’s to come. Enjoy gentle sound bowls as you write and connect within.
After journaling, we’ll pause for breath and energetic clearing before flowing into an intentional yoga practice, accompanied by live music. The practice will help you move stagnant energy, open the heart, and root your intentions in the body.
We’ll then ease into a sound bowl wind down to integrate the practice and invite calm stillness. To close our ceremony, we’ll share in a burn ritual, releasing what no longer serves us and making space for new beginnings.
Together, we’ll close the container with gratitude, clarity, and the renewed energy of the full moon.
