Join us at Silverlake Yoga and immerse yourself in a reinvigorating yoga session followed by the healing vibrations of an angelic sound bath with a personal reiki attunement to finish out the transformative evening. Meet your facilitators:
Michelle is a Hypnotherapist, Medium, and Sound Healer with various certifications including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mental and Emotional Release Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique and Therapeutic Imagery. She works with her clients to reprogram negative subconscious beliefs and release trauma in order to manifest the life they've always desired.
Alex is certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Kids Yoga and has been teaching for 7+ years with a focus on kids and family. She uses a functional flow inspired by both physical therapy and the mechanics of yoga.
Doors open at 6:30pm with yoga starting promptly at 7pm!
*Mats are provided by the studio but please feel free to bring your own.
