Heart-Opening Mudra & Breathwork – We will begin with a Mudra, a powerful gesture for emotional release, paired with deep rhythmic breathing to open the heart space.
Gentle Heart-Opening Stretches – Guided movements to expand the chest, soften the shoulders, and release stored tension, allowing energy to flow freely through the Heart Chakra.
Guided Meditation & Sound Healing – Immerse yourself in a meditation designed to activate self-love, forgiveness, and compassion, followed by a deeply restorative crystal sound bath infused with 639 Hz frequencies—the vibrational key to the Heart Chakra.
Journaling & Reflection – After the sound journey, you’ll receive intuitive prompts to capture insights, emotions, and intentions illuminated by the Full Moon.
