Come join us for a high-vibration guided sound therapy meditation in a peaceful environment. We will be observing the energies of the Full Moon in Leo.Focusing on self-care and being our own Valentine, Serenity Sounds handmade rose petal, pot-pourri heart and rose quartz crystal creates a high-vibrational atmosphere of compassionate, love energy.
Blended with Tanran Reiki Energy from with special guest, Lance Baker, Branches of Healing this high-vibration self-care meditation relieves stress and tension and assists in raising your vibration. The flow of Reiki energy heals while the sound therapy connects with DNA, rearranges damaged cells and promotes healing as it touches the mind, body and soul.
Bring your mat, a cushion, light covering, eye mask (if you have one) and water bottle. Chairs are also available. All participants receive a Serenity Sounds Crystal gift.
