Welcome Dear Ones ~
It is a full moon and the celebration of Imbolc, honoring the Celtic Goddess Saint Brigid, and marks the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. We stand between seasons, with one foot in the long night, the other in the dawn, and we listen for the whisper of what seeks to be born in us.
The exact full moon rises on February 1st, at 3:09PM, in the sign of Leo. This powerful winter moon invites release, confidence, and creative renewal as we prepare for the shift toward spring, and offers a luminous pause within the stillness of winter.
Imbolc is a time for celebrating the return of light and the beginning of the spring season. It’s a powerful time to reclaim personal power, speak truthfully, and reconnect with joy.
We build a deeper relationship with our own sense of meaning and truth, and really feel this wisdom in our bodies, embodied, as we move forward.
How do the energies of each support and shine though us? And what qualities of each can we add to our vision of what we are creating and becoming?
The goddess Brigid, one of the foremost deities of the Irish Celtic pantheon, was revered as a goddess of fire, light, passion, fertility, motherhood, music, poetry, wisdom, healing arts, craftsmanship, and agriculture. Many people would visit her sacred wells on Imbolc to pray for health and healing. She was evoked in fertility blessings and oversaw poetry, crafts and prophecy. Brigid was a goddess of serenity and water as well.
For this very special celebration, I will provide a candle for each person in attendance. We will light them with sacred heart intention, holding a vision of our greatest well-being (individually, for humanity, for animals, for water, for trees, for sky and air... ALL Life that IS), healing, and rebirth, while feeling loving reverence for the healing, fruitfulness, and abundance of our Mother Goddess Pachamama Gaia.
Our intention is to align with your highest potential by raising your vibration and awareness on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels so that you sustain a higher vibration in your daily life rooted in love and inspiration, thus affecting great change for the whole. Having a strong harmonious resonance will allow you to be healthy, maintain emotional balance, hold space for others, and emit a positive frequency transmuting lower vibrations.
We gather together to support, honor, encourage, inspire, and expand one another. We go deep so that we can be our brightest and lightest!! Together we can choose to be love in right action, to meet ourselves and others with honesty, healthy empowerment, and participate in ways that honor sovereignty, freedom, truth, and love.
Sharing and participation may be before or after Sound Healing. Each gathering is unique to those that attend. Expect simply to flow in this sacred ceremony...and have fun! You may also want to bring a journal /paper, and a blue pen.

WHAT TO BRING:
***BRING LOTS OF CUSHION*** pillows, blankets, camping mat/yoga mat. Don't be shy... People bring bags/bins full. You want to prepare a comfortable space for yourself.
If you have lower back troubles, it is suggested to also bringing a pillow or bolster to place under your knees.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day previous to journey, but not directly beforehand so that you may remain in stillness without running to restroom. Sound waves carry on water, and the more hydrated you are, the more likely the frequencies will have a penetrating effect.
Best not to have a heavy meal or caffeine directly before sound healing.

Vali Soul Sanctuary is next to a lake. You will pull onto private property via a dirt road, and see plenty of parking. Please walk toward house along the sidewalk of flowers, plants, and trees. Walk through archway made of rock until you come to a sitting area with fire pit. Entrance to sanctuary is on your left. You will see other people so follow them!
