About this Event
Gather under the Full Buck Moon in Capricorn for a self healing experience with Good Vibes Yoga Studio founder and creator Deonna Thomas and Megan Desrosiers of Herbal Bones Art & Wellness. Coming together in spiritual community we will sing sweet songs to Mama Cacao, instilling our intentions into her medicine. Sipping on her healing nectar as we receive messages from Spirit through an oracle reading and guided shamanic journey. In an altered state of deep relaxation and consciousness, we will softly awaken the body through an essential oil enhanced breathwork practice and slow moving restorative yin yoga poses supported with reiki. Eventually releasing upon the Earth in the stillness of savasana, resting and healing the body with the vibrational frequency of reiki and sound as the moon blesses us with her energy and illuminates the creative flow within. Awakening for a moment of self reflection through journaling and creative expression, honoring the space of growth and renewal that the Full Buck Moon's energy offers us. Closing our experience with a supportive sharing circle in this beautiful healing container we have cultivated together. Through this healing journey we learn to trust in the divine process, discovering who we innately are, as we achieve our hopes and dreams.
Please bring your own 10oz mug for sipping cacao and any special items you'd like to add to our altar space.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
