Full Moon Hike
Join us for an evening under the full moon! Lace up your hiking boots and get ready to explore Matthews / Winters Park in Golden, CO. This in-person event combines nature with the grounding power of meditation to align your spirit with the rhythms of the cosmos.
We will be hiking a portion of a trail, pausing for a meditation and reflection experience, and then spending time connecting with each other and this beautiful moon's energy.
Please bring an open mind and an open heart, a journal and pen for capturing thoughts and feelings, and a headlamp for navigating as the sun sets.
This event is suitable for all experience levels (ages 16+). Please dress comfortably according to the weather.
