Are you looking for a little bit of peace? Are you looking to release attachments to things, ideas, circumstances and emotions that are holding you back from feeling a peaceful life?Join us for a Full Moon Healing Circle, Sound Bath and Burn Ceremony at the Unitarian Universalist Church - West in Brookfield, WI!
During the monthly event, we will tap into the energy of the Full Moon, which is a perfect time to release any attachments to things that are holding you back from experience deep inner peace in your life. You will be guided through your body and it's energy system to release tension, anxiety, fear, doubt and more.
We will then transition into a beautiful sound bath, where Lynda will use crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, bells, and more to create a sound experience that will ease your body, mind and spirit.
We will conclude this event with a Burn Ceremony, where you will have the opportunity to burn away those things that you are ready to let go of. We will combine the transformative power of fire to help you create more space and peace within you.
You will leave this event feeling lighter and refreshed, ready to take on anything that the next few weeks has to offer!
What to bring:
Yoga mat, pillow, blanket (if you wish to sit on the floor)
crystals or other items you would like to bring to be charged during this event
journal and pen
water
wear comfortable clothes
Doors open at 7:00, Event begins at 7:15pm.
$15 entry when you register in advance - $20 cash or check at the door
